Yes, several agents can access simultaneously to the same client and share the session.

Instead of using a third party server as a relay to connect the agent and the client, ICS Remote Support includes its own relay (broker). Once it is installed on your local network or hosted, the agent can connect to it and access the integrated Support Web Portal. From there, they can trigger several screen-sharing with remote clients.

Yes. Downloads and uploads can be performed either from the Agent or the Client side.
